How virus comes?


Firstly virus do not appear by themselves - they are being created by very evil and bad hackers, programmers who then send them to information exchange networks or toss them to the computers of their acquaintances. Virus cannot sneak to your computer by itself - either it was hiding on diskettes or even on a CD, or you have accidentally downloaded it from a computer informational networks , or may be you had virus in your computer from the very beginning or worst of all some hacker lives in your home.
Secondly, computer virus infect only a computer and nothing else, so don't be afraid - they are not being passed through keyboard or mouse.

 

Who create Viruses and Why?

Simply we can say programmers create viruses. The only reason moving such people to create viruses is their inferiority complex. They utilize stealth technology and are polymorphic. They infect not only files but also boot sectors of drivers and sometimes Windows OS/2 executable. Programmers principles of infecting, hiding, counter attacking anti-virus and so on. They also invent new methods of incorporating into new operating system, creates new virus construction sets, and polymorphic generators.
 

 

How do I know I have Computer Virus?

1) Programs take longer to load than normal.
 
2) Computer's hard drive constantly runs out of free space.
 
3) The floppy disk drive or hard drive runs out of free space.
 
4) New files keep appearing on the system and you don't know where they came     from.
 
5) Strange sounds or beeping noises come from the computer.
 
6) Strange graphics are displayed on your computer monitor.
 
7) Files have strange names you don't recognize.
 
8) Unable to access the hard drive when booting from the floppy dive.
 
9) Program sizes keep changing.
 
10) Sometimes it refuses disk access.
 
11) Conventional memory is less than it used to be.
 

 

Types of malware:

Virus:
     A malicious Program that piggybacks on normal existing software to carry out harmful activity. A virus replicates itself.
 
Worm:
     A worm is a variation of a virus that requires no additional software and it also replicates itself.
Trojan horse:
    It is also a kind of virus. A Trojan horse masquerades as something else. A related variation is spyware. A Trojan horse usually does not replicates.
